Denis and the team from McGlynn Construction did an amazing job refurbishing and extending our period house. The project started just a few weeks before the start of Covid so they were working in the most difficult of times with stops and starts beyond any of our control. Renovating a listed property is never without its challenges but no change (and there were many!) was ever a problem. Denis is very attentive on site and very quick to find a solution when problems arise.
The job was completed to a very high standard, and within budget- two very important and welcome qualities but aside from that we found working with Denis and his team to be a real pleasure.
