Description: to add sngle storey extension to rear of the house. Remove the entire back wall and place beam in the opening to support walls upstairs. A second beam was placed to support the upstairs floor joists. This made downstairs open place. Change all doors, skirting, architrave, window boards and all bathroom suites. Completed during may of this year.

Description: To build new 145m2 crèche and to renovate existing 130m2 crèche. The attic space was also converted (45m2). All three areas have a complete fire cert signed off by a fire officer. All internal doors and frames were 1hr fire door. Escape stairs to the rear with emergency lighting. All external doors and windows were fire rated along exit route. Part of new build (12m2) was erected on stilts to allow light to enter main room below and to create larger external play area. Attic converted into one office, toilet and rest room for staff. The entire project was completed while existing old section remained open. Safety was of utmost importance.
